Start a Club!

2024-2025 Club Activation 

Before filling out the form you will need to: 

Step 1: Review the Club Guide here: Club Guide
Step 2: Secure at least 3 Club Members and 1 Adviser (must be a faculty or full-time staff member).
Step 3: Create By-laws. For help, click here: Governing Doc Samples

Step 4: Fill out the Optional Club Roster to stay organized!

Completing the form:

Step 1: Fill out pertinent information.

Step 2 : Attach all documents (By-laws, Roster, etc.)

Step 3: Your adviser will be contacted via email to approve his or her adviser-ship of your club.
Step 4: The Student Development Office will send you a confirmation email upon Club approval.
